2000's Conover Cable CC-185

This Conover Cable CC-185 is in a high gloss ebony finish, and was likely produced in the early 2000's. Includes complimenting bench (pictured). Recently cleaned and adjusted for optimal voicing and feel. The tone features a bright and clear sound with great resonance into the space. It has quick response from the keys, but still has a solid touch feel. The finish is in beautiful condition, with only 2 small blemishes, shown in the listing video below.

The CC-185 was one of the first grand pianos designs from Samick's newly acquired Conover-Cable brand. It was produced from 1996 until the early 2000's, with this particular instrument likely produced towards the end of that time. This model was produced with limited distributed, to be sold in certain parts of the world only.

This piano has a great tone for its smaller size and the finish would look beautiful in any space. The pressure on the pins allows it to hold good tunings and the unisons sound great. Conover-Cable's legacy for high quality design and production was survived through Samick's acquisition. This is a great opportunity to own an instrument that is the best of both.
